Trade Journal Template (Excel/Google Sheets)
Một trade journal đơn giản giúp bạn track performance. Các cột cơ bản cần có:
📋 Template Cột
1. Date/Time: Timestamp của trade
2. Asset: V75, EURUSD, BTC, etc.
3. Direction: BUY CALL hoặc BUY PUT
4. Stake: Amount in USD
5. Duration: 5 ticks, 1 minute, etc.
6. Reason: RSI oversold, EMA cross, manual decision
7. Result: WIN / LOSS
8. P/L: Profit/loss in USD
9. Balance After: New balance
10. Notes: Bài học, screenshot link, emotions
Risk Management Templates
Daily Risk Plan
- Max risk per trade: 2% balance
- Daily loss limit: 5% balance
- Max trades per day: 5
- Cooldown sau 3 losses: 4 giờ
- Stop trading nếu: balance < 80% starting
Weekly/Monthly Review
- Weekly: tổng P/L, win rate, profit factor
- Weekly: identify pattern (winning/losing setups)
- Monthly: drawdown analysis
- Monthly: adjust strategy nếu cần
- Quarterly: full performance review
